Im sorry but anyone else concerned about that discription, like hello?!?! I may not have more than one braincell but brodcasting that the mc is a pedophile isnt a good advertizing strategy.

Pretty good on Transcension Academy
There are some very good parts about it, and some less good ones. Like with you. If you take out the good parts. And leave only the bad ones.
Hi, I'm Ivern, and my standards are very high. It comes with the profession, the profession of being always right. So trust me when I say, I really like the characterization and the humor in this. I like the messages it tells, too. Usually you wouldn't expect to be able to gain actual decent life advice from an action manga, but here we are. And g** knows you sorely need it.
As for the way the art renders the comedic gags and their facial expressions, I like that too. It's a great mix of cute and funny. Cunny, if you will. Yes I'm a poet how could you tell? But also, the writing knows how to gut punch you with some truly cringey one liners that I cannot not adore. Yes, gawd, I concede: I chuckled at least one time per chapter.
Let's get to the bad. I know, doing power balancing is haaaard. And power growth is a prickly thing to manage. Still, MC feels too slow in learning, and also incoherently strong if you compare him with his peers. In theory, the power system could work. But the skills themselves are pretty basic, for now, and they take ages to get mastered. Kinda too slow for my taste.
Add to that action scenes that consist in your usual chaotic and messy clashes with no semblance of a fight choreography or thought out strategy, with an art department that... Like... It ain't that pretty, y'know. A six at best. A view comparable to the one in your mirror. So yeah. It's not really an ace in these aspects.
I don't really think it's an exceptional shonen, but it is an interesting and entertaining manga. I'll reccomend it with a 8 on the Ivern Scale™️.

Rocks on Lucky Paradise
I'm confused. I read this story in one breath, maybe I still have to process it, but I wanted to leave my opinion about it. Only one word comes to mind: INTENSE. The story isn't bad, at the beginning there doesn't seem to be a real direction, and it's not bad, sometimes it's okay that everything isn't predictable. then things start to get more serious and more intense, the protagonists grow and their emotions grow and become stronger and stronger. Many of you have written that the end was pulled away, but I don't agree, I would say that on the contrary, a not indifferent peak of intensity is reached at the end. Nothing is left to chance, everything is clarified, in my opinion, now that I've written all these things, I've cleared my mind and I'd say yes, it's a story that leaves its mark, so I suggest you read it, but don't expect it a love that is born and grows with some obstacles.
No, here is all the intensity and suffering that there is in stories bordering on toxicity, indifference, carelessness, taking oneself for granted, not thinking of deserving that person or of being happy. Here is this and the degree of intensity that can be found and I believe that if this was what the author wanted, he has largely achieved the goal.
Happy reading!

Meh on Jujutsu Kaisen
Reminds me of Naruto too much, honestly felt like I was reading the same thing so I dropped it.

Meh on Bokutachi wa Benkyou ga Dekinai
It's a passable romance story that has a horrible choose your own ending. Author just didn't have the stones I guess.

Pretty good on Hardcore Leveling Warrior
I want to say HLW is the best, I really do. It's fast paced, a bit on the nose with every ability just being a little more BS than the last one. Truly a story where everyone is just OP. The designs are all over the place, kinda reminds me of a circus, like One Piece, but up to the end of the first half it's pretty great.
I think the second half of it becomes a little too similar to shonen stories and it pulls away from the divisive original lead and it hurts the overall product. Also gives spotlight to horrible and boring archetypes like "My power is your power".
I still find it worth reading, at least half way, after that, it depends on how invested you are.
Also the ending drops this thing a whole star.
