Well done translation
Constant notes for unfamiliar words/references
No off-topic sways / filler episodes
An antagonist who is begged to be punched by the readers (done well)
Preferences:
A complete noob plays a realistic hit video game to play it in an unorthodox matter and enjoys it more than real life due to unforeseen circumstances
Food, there is a lot of it
Character development
Recovery through tragedy
Cons:
If memory serves right, 1-2 repeat chapters exist.

Pretty good on Shoushaman no Isekai Survival ~ Zettai Hito to wa Tsurumanee
I like this one quite a bit.
It's yet another isekai, but it has a more chill and relaxing take on the life of the MC.
I liked how they made an effor to explain about learning a new language and way of life in another world.
That part is quite realistic, it's like an actual foreigner that moved to another country and had to re-learn everything, the only difference here is that the MC moved to another world, .... along with his chicken coop and all, which did not make sense at all.
The science behind was extremely weak, that I did not like at all, but if you can get over it, since well the whole thing is fantasy anyways... the actual story is a nice read when you've got nothing else better to read.

Pretty good on Isekai De Tadahitori No Mamono Tsukai ~ Tenshoku Shitara Maou Ni Machigawa Remashita
No spoilers, I'll just get to it.
Pros:
Good translation
No overfocus on off-topic themes / no fillers
Only 1 pervert moment throughout the whole manga (hate it when they overuse that "comedy" aspect)
Preferences:
Isekai overpowered protagonist
Protagonist is a ruler of sorts
Slightly intriguing storyline
MC has bad naming sense
Cons:

Rocks on The World Of Otome Games Is Tough For Mobs
This is the one.
Before this Anime / Manga I was not really into manga, but because the Anime was so slow, I checked out the manga to see what's next for Season 2.
This story is HILARIOUS, then there's also the computer's dark humor, all the things the MC will do the pi** off the other people, intentionally and unintentionally,
How everyone seems to think the MC is an Arrogant ass****, but in reality he's just being "Normal"
There is also the issue of the gender power swap in this world.
Anyway, this is the best isekai Anime / Manga ever!

This story got everything that I like to see in an isekai, OP cheats skills, fun, adventure, interesting story, character development, betrayal, survival, etc...

Pretty good on I Opened an Orphanage in a Different World, But Why Doesn't Anyone Want to Graduate?
4/5 For me.
This serie is quite fun and comical to read, the story is interesting enough to have kept me reading even though I dislike the Loli characters.
Even mature ladies were drawn like Lolis... definitely not my cup of tea, but well for those that like Lolis this might be a great manga to follow.
