This manga has a really beautiful story. Also the MC is not some power hungry, idiot aristocrat and uses its wits decisively. And the way he treats his wife and his surrounding family members is also admirable. 
But the only problem is please update this manga regularly and fast.

To save you the trouble the story is about a guy grooming 2 kids (so far) and seems some of not most of the translation teams are MAPs aka pedophiles as they really like using pictures of clearly under age characters in their underwear to promote their group.
